Jat Airways Director General Srdjan Radovanovic says the company's direct losses amount to between EUR 25 and 26mn. But he also added that this public enterprise is not thinking about filing for bankruptcy, since the national air carrier's recovery plan "is producing results". Jat Airways debt at EUR 25-26mn “We are not even thinking about bankruptcy, because better times are ahead for us,” Radovanovic told a press conference held on the occasion of six months since implementing the Jat Airways' recovery program, at which he presented the company's business plans. Radovanovic noted that a tender was called for a long-term loan amounting to about EUR 52mn, pointing out that the state had already granted all the necessary guarantees, and added that the bank from which the loan will be drawn will be chosen in April.
