"Russia should, of course, offer Serbia its mediation services and defend its rights! But there are not many chances of success! However, the chances will be significantly greater after our military and political victory in Ukraine," he said.

Morozov noted that the collective West is interested in preserving Kosovo.

"The collective West is vitally interested in preserving Kosovo as an anti-Serb base. This is also the source of the conflict," he specified.

In addition, according to the parliamentarian, the "revision" of the rules of the world order will contribute to the resolution of the conflict in Kosovo.

"The Kosovo precedent must be 'treated' by revising all the rules of the modern world order," he added.

The situation in the north of Kosovo escalated after the arrest of a former member of the Kosovo police, Dejan Pantić.

The north of Kosovo and Metohija is blocked both by the citizens and by the police. Serbs are protesting, and schools in the north will not be open today. The Kosovo police prohibited the passage of both vehicles and pedestrians at the Jarinje and Brnjak administrative crossings.

Members of ROSU, fully armed and with armored vehicles, stormed the building of the large dam on Lake Gazivode. They chased the worker they found out of the facility and tore down Serbian flags.
