Sputnik in Serbian is reporting this, citing Berisha's message published on Facebook, which said the children were being kidnapped and smuggled for their organs.

The website said it reposted the content of Berisha's message literally, and that it read:

"Disturbing occurrence!

A policeman is reporting the existence of an organized group that is smuggling children for transplantation of internal organs!

I am calling on the prosecution to launch an investigation!

'Mr. Berisha, I am a policeman at the border near Kukes. You could save a lot of children. Children under the age of 18 are being smuggled at the border between Albania and Kosovo, for organ transplants. Falsified certificates are used to bribe policemen with 20,000 Leks (Albanian currency - about EUR 150). So far nine children, kidnapped in poor villages, have been smuggled. Please, publish (this) and do something."
