CAIRO Islamic propagandist Safwat Hegazy, who was behind the attack against the Egyptian military in Cairo, is "one of the most important Kosovo lobbyists in Egypt." This is according to a report in Tuesday's edition of the Belgrade-based Danas newspaper, which notes that Hegazy was previously banned from entering Britain for inciting hatred.
