The government has dopted its report on the implementation of the Action Plan for fulfilling the priorities from the annual report of the European Commission. According to the report, adopted on Thursday in Belgrade, 73 percent of the obligations have been fulfilled. "73 percent of action plan has been fulfilled" "The Action Plan has been accomplished to 73 percent, including the fulfilled and partly fulfilled recommendations," said Milica Delevic, the director of the Office for European Integration, which made the report. She said that these are the preconditions that are important for obtaining the status of an EU member candidate, and that a great job has been done. "It is clear that not all the obstacles are equally difficult, some are bigger, like the arrest of Ratko Mladic, and the adopting of amendments to the Law on the election of parliamentary deputies," Milica Delevic said. She said that concrete progress had been made in the field of the judiciary, i.e. on the removal of flaws that occurred during the reform of the judiciary. The law was also adopted on public notaries and laws that are important for the energy sector. The government meets on Thursday (Beta)
