Speaker Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic says MPs will only take note of the resignation of Deputy PM and Minister of Economy and Regional Development Mladjan Dinkic. Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic filed a motion on Tuesday to start the procedure of removing Dinkic from office. MPs to only note Dinkic's resignation Dinkic then submitted his resignation. Now parliament will only take note of his resignation, Djukic-Dejanovic told reporters in Belgrade on Wednesday. The Serbian parliament has also received the resignation of Minister for the National Investment Plan Verica Kalanovic, Djukic-Dejanovic said. At its session on Monday, February 21, MPs will therefore have three resignations on the agenda - those tendered by Dinkic, Kalanovic and, earlier, Minister of Health Tomica Milosavljevic, she said.
