The Serbian police (MUP) has announced that nine people lost their lives in car crashes during the past 24 hours. In the same period of time, a total of 169 traffic accidents were recorded in the country, six of them with a deadly outcome. Traffic accidents kill 9 in 24 hrs Six people died on the territory of Belgrade alone: four in an Ibarska road crash, while two bikers lost their lives in separate accidents. A driver was dead after a car crash near Kragujevac in central Serbia, while in Krusevac another died as his car hit a street pole. A driver was also killed on the Sabac-Ruma road in northwestern Serbia when his vehicle skidded off the road.

A driver was also killed on the Šabac-Ruma road in northwestern Serbia when his vehicle skidded off the road.
