A state of emergency has been declared in 14 Serbian municipalities due to heavy snowfall, Interior Ministry’s Emergency Situations Sector has confirmed. Emergency Situations Sector Chief Predrag Maric told B92 that the situation was getting worse in the municipalities of Crna Trava, Ljubovija and Sjenica due to power outages.
