The new Ada Bridge over the Sava River in Belgrade will be opened tonight with fireworks display, the City of Belgrade has announced. One lane of the bridge will be open for pedestrians from 00:30 until 02:00 and the bridge will be officially open for traffic at 03:00. Ada Bridge to be opened on Saturday night The new bridge is 964 meters long and 45 meters wide. It has six lanes, two sets of tracks for rail traffic and two paths for bikes and pedestrians. The new bridge will be completely finished in 2013 and the total cost of the construction will be around EUR 120mn. The new bridge is 964 meters long and 45 meters wide. It has six lanes, two sets of tracks for rail traffic and two paths for bikes and pedestrians.

The new bridge will be completely finished in 2013 and the total cost of the construction will be around EUR 120mn.

The Ada Bridge is the seventh bridge in Belgrade and the first one to be built after 41 years.
