Poll: Progressives would win in new elections All other parties would remain below the five percent threshold and without seats in parliament: the opposition Liberal-Democrats (LDP) and the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) with 4.5 and 4.1 percent, and the ruling United Regions of Serbia (URS) with 2.3 percent. At the same time, 21.5 percent of the respondents said they were certain they would not turn out to vote, while 8.6 percent said they were undecided.
