PRISTINA Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic’s statements that a solution for Kosovo should be found within Serbia’s sovereignty "mean he is having dreams of the 90s". This is according to Kosovo Albanian Deputy Prime Minister Hajredin Kuci. Kosovo deputy PM: Nikolic has "unrealistic dreams" He said that one of the topics that Belgrade and Pristina could discuss was demarcation of borders. Nikolic stated recently that he had a plan on essential autonomy for Kosovo, pointing out that Albanians in Serbia would live like Germans in Italy or Belgium. Kuci said that the Serbian president should stop having dreams from the 90s when Serbian officials had such proposals. “I would call on Nikolic to read a new book on establishment of international and interstate relations, instead of dreaming,” he told daily Express.
