The Kosovo Albanian government building was evacuated on Wednesday morning after a bomb tip-off. "Police were notified via email that three bombs were planted in the government building. The message asked for a million euros in order for the bombs not to detonate and in order to disclose their location," Kosovo police, KPS, spokesman Arber Beka was quoted as saying.
