Belgium and Holland are ready to support the signing of the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) with Serbia, reports said today. However, the two countries will continue to condition the deal's actual implementation with Belgrade's full cooperation with the Hague Tribunal, Beta news agency reported from the Belgian Foreign Ministry in Brussels today. Belgium, Holland ready for "symbolic SAA gesture" "Our position has not changed, but we are ready to find a common position in order to enable for this symbolic gesture," spokesman for the ministry Francois Deles told France Press. But he added that Serbia will not be able to use any of the advantages tied to the agreement until it establishes full cooperation with the Hague The spokesman also said that this was the content of a letter sent to the Slovenian EU presidency, and that it will be discussed during a EU foreign ministers meeting in Luxembourg next Tuesday.
