Cabinet talks after UN SC Kosovo session?

New Serbia official Miroslav Markićević said official talks on the formation of the new government “have not yet started”.

“New Serbia firmly believes Vojislav Koštunica is the best candidate for the next prime minister, he has proven this in the past three years demonstrating compromise, tolerance and an ability to bring together different political options”, Markićević also said.

On the other side, Democratic Party (DS) official Milan Marković made it clear the Democrats found Vojislav Koštunica retaining his current post “unacceptable”.

Marković added a new cabinet will be formed swiftly “as long as the Democratic Party of Serbia accepts election results”.
