Questioning of Delta Holding owner to begin in Belgrade

BELGRADE The questioning of Delta Holding Owner Miroslav Miskovic is scheduled to begin this afternoon at the Organized Crime Prosecution, B92 has learnt. Nibens Group owner Milo Djraskovic and Miskovic’s son Marko were questioned this morning while other seven suspects were interrogated on Wednesday and earlier on Thursday. Questioning of Delta Holding owner to begin in Belgrade Miskovic’s attorney Zdenko Tomanovic told B92 that he could make any statements before his client presented his defense. Police arrested the Delta Holding owner, his son, Djuraskovic and another seven persons suspected of abuses during privatization of road construction and maintenance companies on Wednesday morning. The police also arrested former Directors of PZP Nis Milutin Gasevic and Zoran Mihailovic, PZP Nis Shareholders Assembly President Dejan Jevtic, Delta Broker Director Predrag Filipovic, Share Corporation Director Risto Ristic, PZP Nis shareholder Zoran Kaitovic and Conzit appraiser Raso Zdravko. The suspects were remanded in custody for 48 hours. Organized Crime Prosecutor Miljko Radisavljevic said that the investigation into Miskovic’s business operations was not over and that a financial investigation was underway as well. Mišković’s attorney Zdenko Tomanović told B92 that he could make any statements before his client presented his defense.

Police arrested the Delta Holding owner, his son, Đurašković and another seven persons suspected of abuses during privatization of road construction and maintenance companies on Wednesday morning.

The police also arrested former Directors of PZP Niš Milutin Gašević and Zoran Mihailović, PZP Niš Shareholders Assembly President Dejan Jevtić, Delta Broker Director Predrag Filipović, Share Corporation Director Risto Ristić, PZP Niš shareholder Zoran Kaitović and Conzit appraiser Rašo Zdravko.

The suspects were remanded in custody for 48 hours.

Organized Crime Prosecutor Miljko Radisavljević said that the investigation into Mišković’s business operations was not over and that a financial investigation was underway as well.
