A Kraljevo Higher Court investigative judge has remanded Kosovska Mitrovica businessman Zvonko Veselinovic in custody for 30 days. Veselinovic and his brother Zarko were arrested at Mt. Kopaonik, central Serbia, on December 20. N. Kosovo businessman remanded in custody The investigative judge started questioning Zvonko Veselinovic around 15:00 CET on Thursday about illegal manufacturing, trade, transport, mailing and storing of guns, ammunition or explosives. His brother is currently being questioned at the Special Court in Belgrade at Organized Crime Prosecution’s request on suspicion of abetting Kraljevo Municipal Court Judge Srecko Topalovic, who was arrested for abuse of office and accepting bribe along with his associates on December 12. Topalovic was arrested along with Milomir Nikic, Valid Halidovic, and Abdulah Muminovic from Novi Pazar. Topalovic and Nikic are suspected of illegal selling of confiscated goods - cigarettes, textile, beverages and vehicles from 2008 to 2011. N. Kosovo businessman remanded in custody

The investigative judge started questioning Zvonko Veselinović around 15:00 CET on Thursday about illegal manufacturing, trade, transport, mailing and storing of guns, ammunition or explosives.

His brother is currently being questioned at the Special Court in Belgrade at Organized Crime Prosecution’s request on suspicion of abetting Kraljevo Municipal Court Judge Srećko Topalović, who was arrested for abuse of office and accepting bribe along with his associates on December 12.

Topalović was arrested along with Milomir Nikić, Valid Halidović, and Abdulah Muminović from Novi Pazar.

Topalović and Nikić are suspected of illegal selling of confiscated goods - cigarettes, textile, beverages and vehicles from 2008 to 2011.

The reasons for the Veselinović brothers arrest have nothing to do with the incidents at the Jarinje administrative crossing.
