U.S. company sued for involvement in Operation Storm

A Chicago court has accepted Serb organizations’ lawsuit against U.S. company Military Professional Resources Inc (MPRI) for involvement in the Operation Storm. The U.S. company is accused of “involvement in genocide and persecution of 200,000 Serbs from Croatia”. Chicago Federal Court Judge Ruben Castillo has determined that the state of Illinois is competent to try the retired U.S. generals accused by the Serbs who were expelled from the Republic of Serb Krajina.
