"Serbia will have new government in 7 to 8 days"

SPS party official Petar Skundric did not wish to comment on Tuesday on whether his party and the Democrats (DS) had agreed on forming a government. At the same time, he pointed out that the issue was not discussed with the Serb Progressive Party (SNS). "Serbia will have new government in 7 to 8 days" However, Skundric said he was "confident that the talks on forming a government could end in the next seven or eight days". At the same time, he did not specify which parties might strike a deal and form a majority in parliament. According to him, "a government will be formed soon, since its basic principles have been crystallized". Skundric told reporters at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS) that "all relevant actors in the country presented their programs", and added that their harmonization will lead to a future government's platform.
