Zukorlic and Kacin agreed that the conditions for stability in Sandzak include "an end to jeopardizing of the unity of the Islamic community and obstruction of the work of the Bosniak National Council". Furthermore, they said that injustices such as "removal of 39 Islamic religious teachers and endangering of waqf property" must also be addressed. Zukorlic and Kacin also pointed out that there was "obstruction of the accreditation of the International University in Novi Pazar", Zukorlic's Islamic Community in Serbia said in a statement. They discussed human rights in Sandzak and "the importance that solving of open issues and problems in Sandzak has for regional stability".
