Oliver Dulic has set the date for the continuation of the first meeting of the first spring session of parliament. The parliament will meet Thursday, March 13, the speaker's office announced today in Belgrade. Parliament to continue work March 13 The session was called following consultations with the whips of parties that support a resolution on the protection of the territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia, in its relations with the international community, and in particular with the European Union (EU), the statement said. The parliament session was interrupted yesterday after the adopting of the agenda in which the first item was the draft resolution. The text of this draft was proposed by the Serb Radical Party (SRS), and coordinated with the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS), New Serbia (NS), and the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS). The Democrats (DS), the Liberal-Democrats (LDP) and the parties representing ethnic minorities were against the adoption of the resolution. The government, where the DS-G17 Plus informal coalition has the majority today rejected the draft. But the two parties, along with opposition that backs their stand, are in minority in the parliament.
