Interim trade deal in late June?

The European Commission "could approve the implementation of the Interim Trade Agreement at the end of June", writes a Belgrade daily. Vecernje Novosti reports that they have received confirmation for this in Brussels, and that the move would signal an "introduction to the start of SAA's implementation". Interim trade deal in late June? The Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) was signed between the EU and Serbia in late April last year, but was suspended immediately pending Belgrade's full cooperation with the Hague Tribunal. The newspaper says that "this news, beside the political weight it carries, will also be welcomed with relief among domestic companies, who have in the past months attempted to, utilizing the government's decision to unilaterally apply the trade deal, import goods from the EU at lower customs duty". Namely, some complained of paying the duty while others did not when they imported the same type of goods from different EU countries, and blame this on the absence of acts that accompany the interim agreement.
