LONDON The Guardian is quoting documents leaked by Edward Snowden to report that U.S. intelligence officials were spying on 38 targets in 2010. In one of the leaked documents, the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) said that U.S. intelligence had targeted foreign embassies and missions at the UN by planting bugs in electronic communication devices and fixed phones to monitor communications using specialized antennas.
