NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said Thursday NATO would end operations in Afghanistan by the end of 2014. Rasmussen said this commenting on France’s decision to withdraw its troops from Afghanistan by the end of 2013, a year before the planned deadline.
