NATO has denied that its aircraft attacked the Libyan state television in Tripoli. The western military alliance said that instead they targeted "the seat of the military intelligence service". NATO denies attacking Libyan TV A spokesman for NATO said on Monday that the television outlet was "neither targeted nor hit". It was also reported that the alliance said that "the military intelligence service headquarters" were "relatively close" to the television building. The Libyan authorities, however, said earlier in the day that the media outlet came under attack on Sunday. They were accused by NATO of spreading propaganda.
