Serbians "region's most intelligent" Mensa, an association gathering persons with high IQ, only has 950 members in Serbia currently – since membership requires annual fees. According to him, members are mostly university educated persons and students, but also those without any formal education, and those with only elementary school. According to the newspaper, Munizaba stressed that illiteracy and degree of education are not related to intelligence. The lowest IQ for Mensa members is 131, while only two percent of the population is able to solve the IQ test well enough to qualify for membership.
