The Belgrade dailies focus today on the continuing spat between Cedomir Jovanovic and Delta owner Miroslav Miskovic. Also featuring prominently are the latest round of Kosovo status talks in Brussels. Press: Miskovic v Jovanovic; Kosovo talks BLIC – The paper leads with an interview with Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) leader Cedomir Jovanovic who says ”Miskovic in panic over Delta monopoly”. The Kosovo status talks are covered in “Serbia wants Kosovo status frozen for 20 years”. “Cane’s group accused of EUR 28mn fraud” is about the investigation into crime kingpin, Stanko Subotic. BORBA – ”Anything but independence” is on the fifth round of Kosovo talks in Brussels. Mining and Energy Minister Aleksandar Popovic announces in the run-up to the heating season that ”We’re ready for winter”. VECERNJE NOVOSTI – The daily says that “Only Serbia wants compromise”.
