ZAGREB Croatia’s Interior Minister Ranko Ostojic has stated that an explosion on railway tracks near Zagreb does not bear hallmarks of a terrorist attack. Ostojic told reporters ahead of the government meeting that nobody had left any note or assumed responsibility for the incident. A freight train ran into an explosive device that was planted on the tracks near the Podsused station on Wednesday.
