“Serbia trying to destabilize entire region”

Wartime member of Bosnia-Herzegovina Presidency Ejup Ganić believes Serbia is destabilizing the entire region and that Bosnia should sue it for aggression.

Wartime member of Bosnia-Herzegovina Presidency Ejup Ganic believes Serbia is destabilizing the entire region and that Bosnia should sue it for aggression. According to him, all moves regarding the Dobrovoljacka case made by the Republic of Srpska (RS) leadership are made in agreement and under Belgrade’s orders and they offer only one solution. “Serbia trying to destabilize entire region” “That is that we must organize ourselves the best we can and prepare for a new lawsuit for aggression against Serbia. This is the only means against rewriting of history. Because rewriting of history destroys foundations of every future cooperation in the region based on economic principles and democratic processes,” he told Sarajevo-based daily Dnevni avaz. Ganic believes that all provocations regarding the Dobrovoljacka case represent an attempt to “create a myth that it was everybody else’s fault that Yugoslavia broke apart and not Serbia’s”. “All this tells us that the institutions created during Milosevic’s regime are holding tight to those foundations and those are foundations of their current and future policy. Therefore we are facing a country in the Balkans, Serbia, that through all of its Serbs living in other countries that were created after Yugoslavia broke apart, is trying to destabilize each and every of those countries,“ he was quoted as saying. “The international policy is too tolerant to Serbia, by trying to expand NATO in the Balkans, which creates hope of a total military stability.
