The Bosnia-Hercegovina court has indicted a former member of the Bosnian Muslim Army on charges of war crimes against civilians in Tuzla. The indictment states that from June to October 1992, Faruk Prcic, acting as commander of an engineering unit in the 2nd Bosnian Army Corps, participated in the illegal imprisonment of Serb civilians, and either ordered or directly took part in torture and inhumane acts against captive civilians.
