Government "committed to raising standard of living"

"On behalf of my team and on my personal behalf, I wish you a lot of luck in 2019, many great moments with your closest ones and much success in all fields of life.

In 2019, the government of Serbia will remain committed to economic and political reforms aimed at improving the quality of life of all our citizens and continuing reforms on our European path.

Greater investments in education, science, research and development, modernization of public administration, new investments in healthcare and infrastructure are a guarantor of the prosperity and future that we build for all our citizens.

Our priority is to preserve peace and stability in the region. It is a prerequisite for progress, better linking and creating a better future for young people," reads the New Year’s note.
