Nikolić wishes happy birthday to Putin

“Your uncompromising commitment to the progress of Russia, preservation of peace and stability in the world, and upholding of the fundamental principles of international law and the principle of equality of all countries irrespective of their size puts you among the few statesmen of the world who enjoy the support of all those who believe in the ideals of true equality, freedom, and democracy. Rest assured, Mr. President, that in your efforts and the challenges that you encounter along this path you have the full support of the people of Serbia,” Nikolić said in his birthday message.

He also said that the mutual understanding, respect, and trust between our nations throughout history provide a solid foundation for the further development of the traditionally close relations and cooperation between the two countries and strengthening of the friendship between the two brotherly nations.”

“Wishing you once again good health, happiness in personal life, and much success in your important work at the helm of the Russian Federation, dear Mr. President, please accept my highest appreciation and respect,” Nikolić wrote.
