The government is expected to name the new CEOs at Srbijagas and the Stockpiles Directorate at today’s cabinet meeting, according to daily Blic. “The government is expected to adopt a decision on naming Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) Vice President Dusan Bajatovic as Director of Srbijagas and Democratic Party (DS) official Goran Tasic as the director of the Stockpiles Directorate,” the daily writes. “SPS V-P to be new Srbijagas boss” Blic states that the government’s Human Resources Commission is due to meet to send the proposals to the government for adoption. According to Blic’s source, realistic difficulties exist in the negotiations over personnel solutions for large companies, including Serbian Railways, the Post Office (PTT), NIS and Serbian Roads. “The biggest issue is who will get PTT and the Railways. There have also been negotiations between the SPS and DS over Serbian Oil (NIS). The SPS have asked for the PTT and the Railways, but the DS told them that they could not have both,” the daily’s source said.
