The Higher Court in Belgrade has ordered C.C., a man suspected of spying for Croatia, held in custody for up to 30 days.

The Prosecution also argued that he may influence the witnesses, repeat the offense, and perturb the public.If put on trial and found guilty, the man could be sentenced to up to ten years in prison.
Earlier, the media identified the suspect as 70-year-old retired officer of the former Army of the Republic of Serb Krajina (RSK).
After his arrest on Friday, the Prosecution said the man in custody held dual Serbia-Croatian citizenship and had moved from Croatia to Serbia in 1990.
