The High Technology Crime Prosecution has filed a proposal to indict Ivan Ivanović, who published a list of "biggest Serb-haters and traitors."

Prosecution seeks indictment over "Serb-haters" list
The prosecution filed its proposal to the High Court in Belgrade, accusing Ivanović of the crime of racial and other discrimination, because he drafted the list and published it on the website on March 28.During the investigation, the High Technology Crime Prosecution heard statements from many of those named in the list.
Among others, actors Mirjana Karanović, Nikola Đuričko, director Gorčin Stojanovic, former advisor to the president Nebojša Krstić, Srbijanka Turajlić, the late Mirko Đorđević, and others spoke about the way in which they felt threatened.
Ivanović was arrested on April 7, but was released after two days, on appeal.
On the same day spokesperson for special police units Radomir Počuča was also detained for the crime of endangering safety, but was released after two days. His trial has been scheduled for June 20.
Počuča posted a message on his Facebook page on March 25 calling on football fans not to fight amongst themselves but to turn against the Women in Black NGO that was marking 15 years of crimes against Albanian civilians in Kosovo.
Numerous public figures and organizations reacted to condemned the publication of the SNP Naši list, including the Commissioner for Equality Nevena Petrušić, B92, NUNS, many NGOs, LDP, LSV, DS, SNS parties, the Movement Saša Radulović.
"Because of similar lists we filed a criminal complaint against the organization. We have already once supplemented the complaint and we will do it again now after this latest list. We in this way appeal to all relevant public authorities to finally take seriously the threat and clearly distinguish between freedom of expression, on the one hand and hate speech and calls for lynching, on the other," said then Veran Matić, editor in chief of B92.
