A human head detached from the body has been found on a farm near the town of Ćurpija in central Serbia, RTS is reporting.

CURPIJA A human head detached from the body has been found on a farm near the town of Curpija in central Serbia, RTS is reporting. The head was found on Wednesday morning in a cow shed by workers of Agricultural Estate Dobricevo. Human head found on farm in central Serbia The police are now "looking for the rest of the body," the public broadcaster said. The police in Jagodina confirmed that the detached head was found on the farm, and said it belong to a woman who went missing early this month. A statement said that police officers at the scene found "some clothing and a purse containing personal documents issued to an elderly woman from Cuprija, who was reported missing in early January." Medical examiners are expected to determine when and how the woman died. RTS Tanjug
