If you actually spent 5 years in the US, no way you returned to a Greece in ruins unless deported.
If it were for studies, one must wonder why you never learned anything. I don't know what the WikiLeaks had to do with your claims that NATO asked Greeks to house Serbs on their military base when they did not have a military base of their own.
Face it you just sit at the computer and make up whatever comes to your mind, which makes me think that you also have another alias on here.
By the way what Republicans that you know(since you have such hatred for Americans) that would say that we do not have a black president??? Since you obviously do not know anything about American politics, the Republican party is the most associated with the White elitist.

Loved the claim of "many black friends" though from someone who has so much racial and ethnic hatred. Definitely rich. If you think I would ever believe that Europeans were dancing in the street on 9/11 you are more ignorant than I originally thought. Wonder how those many friends you made in the US really feel towards such a bigoted pompous jerk.

LOL. Such a funny American ignorant trying to play in the European world.

"Just how bad do you really think that Greek's economic crisis is going to affect the US?? It is only affecting EU"

And anything that affects the EU, affects the US economy. On which planet do you live again?

"It is amazing how the ignorant feed into media hype"

No, actually I spent 5 years in the US (midwest) for studies and I have many black American friends. I am well aware of your racism, ignorance and racial cleansing.

"The US does have a race problem, it was worse in the first half of last century but we have progressed to where a black man can be elected president eventhough the black voting population comprises less than 20%. " I know many Republicans who would disagree with you.

"Aren't you the one claiming that NATO asked Greeks to house Serbs in Kosovo on their NON-EXISTENT base?? "

Are you on drugs? WikiLeaks, Kosovo, "Greek and Turkish perspectives in Kosovo", page 2, Intro, Bill Clinton's words: "Let a fire burn here in this area (Kosovo), and the flames will spread. Eventually, key U.S. allies could be drawn into the conflict." The U.S. allies he referred to are NATO partners Greece and Turkey.

This is who you are. This is who you have always been. This is why on 9/11 Europeans were throwing parties to celebrate. Nations hate other nations, but it's only you who are being hated by your own allies.

It is amazing how the ignorant feed into media hype, the US has 330 million people and there has been three incidents where blacks have been killed by police in different sections of the country recently that has been hugely exploited and you want to equate it with your hatred of Albanians?
The US does have a race problem, it was worse in the first half of last century but we have progressed to where a black man can be elected president eventhough the black voting population comprises less than 20%.
When do you think it would be possible for an Albanian to be elected to head Greece?
It is a shame though Greece has the history, it has the admiration of the world as the first democratic society, it has so many attributes to be destroyed by the current people there. Instead of being a leader in the free world it has become a parasite feeding off the success of other European nations.
Aren't you the one claiming that NATO asked Greeks to house Serbs in Kosovo on their NON-EXISTENT base?? Support Serbia in their hatred of Albanians, when the time is right the EU will pull Greece in line on the Kosovo issue.

You do realize that if the Greek crisis persist, it will be transferred back to the US through euro, right? This is why the US government pushes the EU to smooth the crisis in the euro-zone as fast as possible. But then again, why would you realize that, you are what we call in Europe just one more American ignorant.

By the same argument, maybe you should refocus your priorities. Instead of feeling proud of killing Christian Serbs in the 90s you should force your Police to stop killing black Americans in the US. Such a funny comment since the Serbian savior and only possible military support is rapidly approaching the position it was in during 1999. When they flew in an commandeered the Pristina airport to save Kosovo for Serbia, only to abandoned it days later because they could not afford to feed the few troops there. Then a few weeks later voted in the UNSC to not only force the Serb withdrawal from Kosovo but to also strip Serbia of all political, economical, and military control over Kosovo. A vote to make it where Serbian govt officials must ask permission to visit their "heart".
One has to wonder what Russia will vote for this time? Who knows maybe Kosovo will get Serbia's seat in the UN as the true successor state of FRY.

Not really. Oxymoron for example is when an American, whose country is the number 1 war criminal, posts in a Serbian site and tries to convince people that the US and NATO are peacemakers. And it's a mega oxymoron when that person lectures Greeks about what oxymoron is. Oxymoron is also when an American, whose country's financial crisis in 2008 was the reason the crisis was transmitted in the EU in the first place, comes here to lecture about the ethnicity of people who should make comments about an economy. Is it safe to assume you only discuss financial matters with people from Monaco, Liechtenstein (search it on the map, it's in Europe too) and Qatar? Cause if yes, then maybe you can now understand why Europeans don't like discussing peace matters with Americans.

Indeed. All your " Greek " friends must be laughing all the way to the bank.Clever lot.Well I see things quite differently. The US economy had a massive heart attack in 2008 and has been on life support ever since. As soon as the artificial support is removed, the economy dies. All talk about "booming" stock markets and 'Recovery' headlines can be safely discounted as wishful thinking until such time as interest rates have been normalised at historically typical levels and all artificial monetary stimulus has been halted. It's my opinion that Money printing will continue until the currencies die. The Central Banks know and fear this, but they are trapped.Every time they try and slow the printing presses, the financial system starts to fall apart. It is now only a matter of time.In the meantime you and your " Greek" friends can enjoy your massive returns on your stocks.

Obama signed a $1.1 trillion dollar spending bill.

Obama OK'd spending $500 million USD in the latest Ukraine/sanctions against Russia.

When this passed in Congress only three of 425 members were present to consider the sanctions bill. There was no discussion. The Congressional Record shows and the media reporting that the vote was unanimous - not mentioning that only three members were present.

  37. The oil crises was not manipulated by the west. Yes it took credit for the manipulation, but it was not responsible. In fact it was Saudi Arabia and it had nothing to do with Russia. The US is self sufficient in gas (fraking) and oil (shale)so the Saudis want a return to relient US on their oil and gas thus the overproduction, all in aid of bankrupting these gas and oil producers.
These producers have borrowed heavily and there is some $70 trillion in loans from western banks. It takes more money to produce gas (fraking) and shale oil so these US companies rely on high prices to make a profit and repay debt. One by one they are in trouble and looks like triggering a second GFC but this time with the banks.
I find it so humorous that Obama talks about a vulnerable Russian economy but why is Japan in recession now? Also Germany and Australia are on the edge. Has Washington placed sanctions on Japan, Germany and Australia? But the best part is that sanctions prohibit western banks lending Russia money. But here is the bad news for Washington 90% of the world does not have sanctions against Russia and there is plenty money in Asia.
Another most important point, China supports Russia so guess who is winning? The US with its 130% of GDP (and rising) debt or Russia?

Obama, who is not so smart now, your sponsored coup has not gone to plan

Prediction - Ukraine back with Russia within 10 yrs

  39. No other country can come close to the number of kills/murder of innocent civilians as the USA.
    (Leonidas, 30 December 2014 14:14)

Except perhaps that other genius of Stalin with millions of innocent civilians killed
    ----------

Putin may not be a nice man but he's the smartest leader around and the leader that Russia probably needs.
    (Leonidas, 30 December 2014 14:14)

Sure, the state of Russia's economy does show how smart he is, indeed :)
    ----------

Those who may blather on about lack of democracy, freedom of the press, etc. in Russia might consider the growing lack of 'freedom' in the West.
    (Leonidas, 30 December 2014 14:14)

I don't understand your logic... Even if you are correct and the life of citizens in the West is getting worse, why should Russia imitate that?!!!
    ----------

Obama with his daily childish taunts looks more out of his depth than normal. He just has to face the fact that he got a bloody nose when taking someone its own size this time.
    (Leonidas, 30 December 2014 14:14)

I totally understand you mate. Obama unfortunately has not been indoctrinated sufficiently by RT News and the like to understand that Putin is God.

I have an advice for Obama to ensure he is always right... He should look if somebody has recognized Kosovo. If they haven't, they are automatically a genius. Following this method, Obama can never be wrong!

  43. cry me a river,

Thank you for your lesson in economics,Russia - a country with little or no debt-is facing bankruptcy but the US which has been printing over a trillion dollars a year to pay its bills is not.Obama is of course more clever than the average Albanian when it comes to economics. This is what he said in 2006:

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. Increasing America’s debt weakens us domestically and
internationally. Leadership means that the buck stops here. Instead,
Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the
backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem
and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better."
    Senator Barack Obama (D-IL)
Speech Given on U.S. Senate Floor Objecting To Raising Debt Ceiling Limit
    March 16, 2006

As I have said many times in my posts, there is no way out of this mess. The US only have two choices:-
    1. Cease quantitative easing and accept an economic collapse now or
    2. Continue with quantitative easing and accept a catastrophic collapse later.
Unfortunately I believe the ruling elites will go for option 2.
There you go that's the reality, and in my opinion anyone that thinks otherwise does not understand the seriousness of US's economic problems.

The man is an ass and a two term failure. The world had great hopes. It was wrong as he is wrong.

I'm not understanding why you would want to push the Russians over the edge? Are you aware of what people on a hungry stomach are capable of?
For all our sake, lets pray they work things out. Russia is not Iraq or Serbia or some country that doesn't have options...
If you think the government of Russia will just give up and say "sorry, you're right", I question your sanity.
What if they say, we're sunk, but we're letting out the dogs of war before we go...Are you ready to suck radiation? let's be rational....Russia is capable to destroy life on earth as we know it today. If not, US would have started a war long ago...

I'm not ready to give up my future to see my kids grow up over tough guy talk.I understand the emotions behind your talk, but we need to start thinking with reason...not just you, but me & everybody else!

  46. Leonitis,
You're as dense as Ari Gold. Your posts rarely ever make sense. Calling Putin a genius is like calling Stalin a kind man.

Putin governs the largest country on earth rich in natural resources. When he came to power the West extended their hand. GW Bush reached out to him and so did Obama. Instead, he gave them the finger. Instead of diversifying their economy and improving the lives of his citizens he made sure his inner circle made all the money while majority of Russians survive on scraps.

Instead of developing better relations with the West he choose to harass and invade his neighbors. Does he need more land?

If Putin was smart he would've foreseen the consequences of such moves. He would've foreseen the decline of oil prices.

They say chess masters can look three moves ahead of their opponent. Judging by what we're seeing on the ground Putin failed to look one move ahead.

Now, Russia is now on the brink of bankruptcy. It's being forced to turn to China and Arab countries for money. I'm sure those countries are eager to buy on the cheap. Who knows what Russia will look like by 2016 if the situation doesn't improve.

They say Russians are strong people. Let's see how long they can survive on empty stomachs and nationalism.

  47. Comm. Parison,
In this economic war, as well as in real one, this is just a beginning.
In 1941 Germans were approaching Moscow, and wrote home that war will be over by Christmas. It ended much later, after many casualties and great hardship.
This economic war isn't over, either, and it won't be without great casualties and hardship. It would be better to avoid such devastation...

  50. "And today, I'd sense that at least outside of Russia, maybe some people are thinking what Putin did wasn't so smart. Part of our rationale in this process was that the only thing keeping that economy afloat was the price of oil"" Obama said.

Of course. Russia went bankrupt under Yelzin - with an oil price below $20/barrel. Russia made economical progress under Putin, with an oil price of more than $80/barrel. And now that the oil price comes down to a reasonable level ($60, still almost twice the price than it would be with only the inflation projected), and Russia under the economic genius gets some problems because Putin preferred to feed his oligarch friends and imprison his oligarch enemies instead of building an economy that can at least provide the population with basic things without the need to import everything more complicated that wheat and potatoes.

P.S: Same goes for Venezuela and their genius leaders. And of course, the 'low' oil price is only a big conspiracy of the evil US.

  52. Has Obama got any moral authority to accuse Putin for wrong doings? The biggest menace to the World since world war II is the United States of America. No other country can come close to the number of kills/murder of innocent civilians as the USA. He should’ve been utterly ashamed for recently comparing the Crimea with Iraq. In the former there was hardly any deaths whereas in the latter there were more than 1 miilion people deaths and 7 million displaced-not to mention the fact the country has been bombed with phosphorous munitions into stone age.

Putin may not be a nice man but he's the smartest leader around and the leader that Russia probably needs. Those who may blather on about lack of democracy, freedom of the press, etc. in Russia might consider the growing lack of 'freedom' in the West. Between CCTV, personal and vehicle tracking by GPS, internet/phone spying by governments, appalling indignities inflicted on all trying to fly anywhere, there is little 'freedom' left to brag about.Anyone who cautioned against upsetting the status quo in countries which we would regard as less than democratic on the basis of "better the devil you know" deserves some acknowledgement for perspicacity.
