Belgrade - The RFZO Board decided to allow all citizens, based on consultative decision, to have the opportunity of having heart transplants abroad. So Anita Balaz, upon the decision of a competent consultant from AKH hospital in Vienna, can immediately go to have treatment and heart-lung transplantation at the expense of the Fund, or the state of Serbia.
