NEW YORK A disturbing video has emerged showing "a Syrian rebel commander cutting the heart out of a soldier and biting into it," RT has reported. The Russian media outlet said that Human Right Watch reacted by stating that the footage "shows that the country’s civil war has rapidly descended into sectarian violence and revenge killings."
