The European Parliament Rapporteur for Serbia, Jelko Kacin, will be in Belgrade today. Kacin will hold separate talks with parliamentary representatives, MP groups and lawmakers. EP official to visit Serbian parliament Kacin is also in Serbia to evaluate the situation in the country in light of submitting his draft reports for Serbia to the European Commission. “The prerequisite for adopting the report in the European Parliament is the ratification of the Stabilization and Association Agreement by the Serbian Parliament,” Kacin told B92. He added that after Radovan Karadzic, the European Union expects Serbia to arrest and extradite Ratko Mladic to the Hague Tribunal.

Kacin is also in Serbia to evaluate the situation in the country in light of submitting his draft reports for Serbia to the European Commission.

“The prerequisite for adopting the report in the European Parliament is the ratification of the Stabilization and Association Agreement by the Serbian Parliament,” Kacin told B92.

He added that after Radovan Karadžić, the European Union expects Serbia to arrest and extradite Ratko Mladić to the Hague Tribunal.
