Anti-Russian Alliance formed; New attacks carried out; Close to 500 children killed

Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Chinese State Counselor and Defense Minister Li Shangfu in Moscow, recalled the recent visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping to Russia, stating that it was very productive and that cooperation between military departments was also discussed.

An alliance was formed against Russia

An alliance of five countries was formed with the aim of reducing Russia's influence on the global nuclear energy market. The UK, US, Canada, Japan and France reached the agreement at the nuclear energy forum at the G7 summit in Sapporo, Japan. According to a British government statement, the group will use the "appropriate resources and capabilities" of its nuclear power plants to undermine Russian control over supply chains.

"This agreement will support a stable supply of fuel for today's needs, as well as guarantee the safe and secure development and application of fuel for tomorrow's advanced reactors," the statement said.

Almost 500 children killed in Ukraine

Nearly 500 children have been killed in Ukraine since the Russian invasion, according to a report by Ukraine's chief prosecutor. The most victims were recorded in the Donetsk region (451), Kharkiv (275), Kyiv (127), Kherson (94), Zaporizhzhia (89), reports Ukrinform. Among the latest minor victims is a 17-year-old boy who was killed in a rocket attack on Mykolaiv region on Sunday.
