Speaking about the property, Dodik said in an interview with Belgrade's "Politika" that the Bosnia-Herzegovina's Constitutional Court has no right to determine ownership because it was resolved by the Dayton Agreement.

He announced that laws will be passed that will confirm that Republika Srpska is the owner of property on its territory.

"I can announce appeals to the Constitutional Court, but we are moving towards one day regulating those issues and deciding that the decisions of that court will not be accepted in the Republika Srpska," he said.

Dodik assessed that everything Republika Srpska keeps doing is defending Dayton Agreement, and that it is neither naive nor hasty in that defense.

"We will resolve the property quickly. As well as the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH. Such a council will soon be re-established in the Republika Srpska," he said.

He added that they will try to understand the moment when it comes to the army, because there are many who say that it is problematic for them.

"Well, it is problematic for us as well. Let the military potentials be halved, costs be reduced, in order to direct that money to the entity accounts to solve social issues," he suggested, adding that the army remains a parade organization.

He added that there is nothing sensitive regarding SIPA and OSA, and that laws will be prepared, normative preparations will be reported and a moment must be chosen that must be coordinated with finances.

"If we would take over all our people from the joint bodies, which is about 7.000 employees, we need about 130 million euros. We give that much for the joint budget. When we arrange things, we will first withdraw that money to Republika Srpska," he said.

Speaking about the warnings that there will be no investments, Dodik answers that Srpska has its friends who have invested so far and claims that they will not lose investments.

"Schmidt does not exist, Bosniaks have learned that someone else manages them, and Serbs do not tolerate tutors. Germany, Great Britain and Brussels attack Erdogan and Lukashenko for being authoritarian leaders. And then they send Schmidt to us, without a UN Security Council decision and declare him High Representative", Dodik explained.

He assessed that no decision of Schmidt is valid because he did not come to Bosnia-Herzegovina as provided by the Dayton Agreement.

"He can deal with some writings, but no one is interested in that anymore," said Dodik.

As he assessed, due to the threat of sanctions, Republika Srpska cannot be in trouble, because there are no more hermetic sanctions.

"I am not worried, and the people should not worry either. As far as the economy is concerned, our problem is pandemics, not their threats," he said. He stated that in the case of sanctions, the Republika Srpska is not without countermeasures, and that it is ready to retaliate. He accused political Sarajevo and foreigners of threatening to prevent investments made in order to defend the development of the Republika Srpska by depriving them of property rights. He states that the construction of the hydropower system "Buk Bijela", the disputed airport in Trebinje, and the gas pipeline were stopped. "Maybe some will try to ridicule what I will say, but Republika Srpska is not without countermeasures either. If Germany imposes sanctions, we will retaliate. I am not blind to not knowing what America and Germany are. But my message is - you have exaggerated. You have done everything that we hate Bosnia-Herzegovina, and we never loved it", he added. "We have financiers and everything is ready, and they are doing everything to prevent that. Then they tell us, live together. Why should we live with such people," Dodik wonders. He adds that the medicine that the Americans are pushing for Bosnia-Herzegovina is wrong, and that perhaps the best solution would be to disengage America.

"Everything would be resolved in 24 hours, peacefully," he said.
