EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn has praised the organization of the Montenegrin elections, saying that they were held in a peaceful and orderly manner. "Given that there were no major problems in holding the elections, I expect Montenegro to clear up all unresolved issues, including all legal deviations regarding OSCE recommendations," read a statement from Rehn in Brussels.
