Montenegro's civil servants have been banned from using websites such as Facebook and YouTube during their working hours. The media in Slovenia are reporting that the decision to block internet traffic toward the websites comes after it was determined that employees in ministries and other public services in Montenegro spend much of their time in office each day exchanging messages and photographs. Social networking outlawed in workplace Slovenian website 24ur adds that Serbia decided to do the same recently, "since employees in ministries were not particularly dealing with citizens' problems, rather they corresponded all day long on Facebook".
