According to this, the humanitarian aid should be loaded onto Russian airplanes at the Konstantin Veliki Airport in Nis.

Another Belgrade daily, Politika, wrote on Tuesday that the aid package, prepared by the Serbian Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Army, will include ten tons of cooking oil, and the same amount of flour and sugar each, as well as clothes, shoes, medicines, medical materials, and electricity generators.

According to the same report, as part of the preparations for this humanitarian operation, Russia has asked Serbia to allow two airplanes to fly over its territory, "but it has not yet been determined when they will land in Nis."
