Poll: Progressives will win 44 percent in March elections

The ruling Serb Progressive Party (SNS) will win 44 percent of votes in the March 16 early parliamentary elections, a new poll has shown.

Poll: Progressives will win 44 percent in March elections

CeSID carried out the poll between February 22 and 28 on a random representative sample of 1,188 respondents.

The New Democratic Party (NDS), led by Boris Tadić, will according to this win 8 percent of votes, while his former party, the DS, can count on 7 percent.

The Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) will receive 6, the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) 5, the United Regions of Serbia (URS) and Dveri 4 percent each.

The Serb Radical Party 3 percent, while other candidates will split the remaining six percent of votes among them, the survey has shown.
