PRESEVO The Presevo municipality’s local administration has filed a request for the legalization of a monument to a terror group that was recently removed. “The local administration has filed a request for the legalization of the monument that was located in downtown Presevo to the Justice Ministry,” Presevo Mayor Ragmi Mustafa told Tanjug on Friday. The controversial monument honoring members of the so-called Liberation Army of Presevo, Medvedja, and Bujanovac (UCPMB) was removed on January 20 by members of the Serbian police (MUP) Gendarmerie unit. “The Justice and State Administration Ministry has not received the request for the legalization of the monument to the UCPMB members in Presevo,” said Justice Minister Nikola Selakovic.
