Democrats refuse G17 Plus demands

“The DS regards the Serb radical Party (SRS) and the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) as parties that politically impede Serbia’s progress in the process of European integrations, thus tagging them as unwanted at all levels of power,” Pajtić told Novi Sad daily Dnevnik.

“On the other hand, the Serbian Strength Movement has practically ceased to exist as of parliamentary elections in January where it failed to cross the threshold. Thus I cannot see why they should be equaled with the SPS and SRS,” Pajtić said.

According to Pajtić, G17 Plus’s demands were thus not true to reality.

“Regardless of current misunderstandings as to the ‘sixth and zero principles’, the new government led by the Democrats will be formed by the end of March,” Pajtić concluded.
