Putin to Brits: Change your brains

"But 30 people are hiding out in London who are wanted by Russian law enforcement for serious crimes. And London did not even think about extraditing them.”

The Russian president added that the United States and France have similar problems with Britain.

“They don't extradite people who are hiding out on their territory, not even people suspected of or accused of terrorist activities. But they make inflated claims against other countries, and are giving insulting advice to our country to change the Constitution,” Putin continued.

“They need to change their brains and not the Constitution. What they are suggesting is obviously the rudiment of colonial thinking.”

A diplomatic crisis arose after Russia refused to extradite Andrey Lugovoi. Britain expelled four Russian diplomats and placed limitations on cooperation with Russia. Russia responded in kind.
