Novi Sad MUP said yesterday their officers detained 30 people after a clash of football hooligans. The incident followed a Meridijan Superliga (MSL) game between home side Vojvodina and Belgrade's Partizan. 4 injured, 30 arrested in hooligan violence Four fans were treated for their wounds in a local hospital, but were soon released. Eye-witnesses said that the hooligans used knives as they chased and fought each other in downtown Novi Sad, away from the stadium. Local Panonija TV crew also came under attack, when the fans tried to snatch the camera from cameraman Milan Antonijevic, beating him on the head.
