Serbian PM, U.S. ambassador buy Belgrade-New York tickets
The Air Serbia carrier on Thursday sold the first tickets for the direct Belgrade-New York flights, set to be launched in late June.

Vucic said he paid EUR 399 for his ticket, while regular fares will be between EUR 500 and 600.Air Serbia will fly to New York five times a week starting June 23, and is the only regional carrier that will offer this service.
Vucic described the flights as "a small, but important step for Serbia - its future, reputation, and for attracting investors," while Scott said he hoped the fights will also serve to encourage more Americans to visit Serbia.
